Following 2 intensive days testing at both Vallelunga and Mugello we are now taking a break from the track until the championship kicks off on the first weekend of May at Vallelunga.
Considering both tests, it’s likely that the majority of competitors in the Italian F.4 championship made an appearance. This gave us at Torino Squadra Corse an important opportunity to evaluate where we stand in terms of outright speed. Its fair to say the outcome
was very positive but of course we will have to wait until the first event to get a true indication of where the team stand against the competition.
At both tracks Alex managed to set times in the top 4 with many drivers setting times within a few tenths of each other. It’s definitely going to be a very competitive and tough championship.
The test at Mugello also marked an important return to the track where Alex’s passion for motorsport came of age in 2006, at the age of 6, when he was a spectator at a world endurance championship event. The event convinced Alex that racing would be his future!
