Following a 5 month wait since last year’s final event of the Formula 4 season, Alex returned to the cockpit of a race car in the pre-season shakedown of his Formula Renault 2.0.
It was Alex’s first contact with his new team TS Corse who proved to be a great bunch of guys that are all very motivated to do well.
The test was conducted in very cold and at times wet weather. Very tricky conditions that helped get Alex quickly back into the groove.
All attention now turns to the 2 day test in Barcelona on the 13th and 14th March, which will provide Alex’s first opportunity to gauge where he stands on pace, quickly followed by by the first race meeting from the 18th to the 20th. This is a new track for Alex so it will be a huge challenge that he and the team are up for!
